The magnificent and powerful Durga in her form of courage, bravery and strength. She conquers and destroys evil wherever it arises, in your mind, body and being. She is the force that makes the atoms explode and show all her power and madness.

Like Durga Maa, the women of India are powerful, brave, and incredible. Every woman is Shakti (energy), Bhakti (devotion) and Mukti (Liberation), and she should be treated as such.

Durga Puja marks the victory of the goddess Durga over the buffalo demon Mahishasura. It represents the victory of good over evil. Maa Durga is depicted as a warrior goddess, an epitome of pure love, courage, beauty, strength, and knowledge.

I have met some wonderful women in my life who are no less than real life goddesses. I would like to categorize these women as creators, protectors, and caregivers in their families.

Charu Khatri (name changed) is a well-educated 35-year-old woman, an amazing wife, and an amazing mother. Historically, a mother was expected to sacrifice her entire life for her family. And this woman, whose career used to be her priority, had to quit her job for her son, who suffers from autism. Before getting married, she had worked as a software engineer for seven years in New Delhi. Now, after eight years of marriage, she is working hard to make her son live like other normal children. She is an absolute form of motherhood, who can sacrifice anything for her child.

Kirti (name changed) is a local makeup artist in my neighborhood. When she was twenty years old, she fell in love with a boy and eloped with him. She had to leave her family for him. But all her dreams were shattered after the marriage. One day, I went to her house with my sister. She surprised us to find her husband brutally beating her.

She was asking for a divorce and her husband was not ready to give it to her. Today she is a renowned makeup artist in my neighborhood. She has a four year old daughter. She is even sending her daughter to one of the most reputable schools in my city. She has various health problems, but she goes out of her way to offer a meaningful life to her daughter.

Pooja Kapoor (name changed) flaunts her smile effortlessly wherever she wants her to go. She married a very rich family. But everything changed after 15 years of marriage. She has an adopted daughter. Her husband had to quit his job due to mental health problems. Now, she is the sole source of income for her family. She is 48 years old and has various health problems like asthma, joint pain, etc. However, she cannot imagine leaving her job. She also takes full responsibility for all household chores. Even after all this, her husband and her mother-in-law criticize her because they say she does nothing for her family.

Is not being a woman enough to prove the existence of Ma Shakti?

Navratri, also called Durga Puja particularly in West Bengal, is a nine-day Hindu festival that is celebrated in almost all parts of India. Celebrated twice a year, the first Navratri that falls in March or April is known as Chaitra Navratri.

The post-monsoon autumn festival called Sharada Navratri is celebrated in honor of Devi Durga, a reincarnation of Adi Shakti. The festival is celebrated in the month of Ashvin, which falls in September and October.

Photography Tip for beginners

Tips:  An improperly exposed or blurry picture is unusable, but one not precisely framed may still be saved. For this reason, you should always focus on and properly expose for the subject before adjusting the frame.

This is something that happens more often when you have extreme lights and darks in the same scene.
